Today was a very productive Tuesday! I didn't wake up late. I got a lot of work done. I even got to meet up with O Bar friends. I thought I had fully made up for my late start to Monday, which included me forgetting to bring my water bottle and my laptop charger to the office.
However, I forgot to wear my denture this morning. Gah.
Despite that, it was a good day. And the cherry on top is that my LEGO Tintin Moon Rocket arrived today after I ordered it on the main LEGO website directly. I was initially worried that the box was ridiculously big and that I had somehow underestimated the size of this set. Thankfully, it was just a giant shipping box with the more compact actual box of the toy inside. It'll still be a bit of a squeeze in my luggage if I bring the box home, so I may just take photos, then bring the set's baggies home instead.
This is probably my only big purchase for this trip. I didn't even get anything at Books Kinokuniya. However, if we do find ourselves on Orchard again, I am rather determined to get this adorable Psyduck toy that I had considered but didn't immediately get. I've been to several toy stores since then, and none of them have it in stock, so I may need to go back to Takashimaya.
