It's the end of July and I feel like that last month really beat us up on multiple levels. Work was very busy. Family life was eventful. Even our O Bar life was a bit eventful. It's bit all bad stuff, but it certainly hasn't been all good stuff. Just a lot of stuff.
We have a first game night with a particular friend tonight after being friends on social for literally years. Another friend scheduled a last-minute game night tomorrow, which is great since we didn't have any firm plans apart from almost going to the movies. Then on Sunday another friend is coming over for a repeat game night, which is always a good sign.
Let's try to make August a very gaming-filled month, yeah? That's the best way to mark my birthday, I think.
Also, Dungeon Crawler Carl is proving to be quite entertaining.
