0300E: Slow Rainy Sunday

Sunday - Grow Sky

The rest of last night's game night included a good roster of games for smaller groups of players. There had been an earlier session of Switch ON!, but later in the evening we played Cities, Grow Sky, Nasi Lemak, Fibonachos, and Grow Sky again. It was definitely a good game night on the whole, and I largely ate more responsibly than on past game nights. I'm still not 100% keto, but I'm being better at at least being low-carb, so I'll take that as a win.

We ended up sleeping in today. We had nothing else big scheduled beyond the weekly Kadiwa farmers' market within the village and my family book club meeting, so that left us a lot of free time. Tobie took the hit and stayed up long enough to help me wake up in time for book club, for which I'm forever grateful. Then I joined him in bed afterward to catch up on sleep and just recover after yesterday's activities.

I have a rather baduy idea for a blog post that will appear either here or over on Baduy Pride, so I guess wait for that? Hahaha

We finally got out of bed closer to 6PM, and then we dragged ourselves out of the Sietch to get some grocery shopping done. Figuring out dinner at SM BF during Father's Day probably wasn't the best idea, but we managed to snag a table at Nanyang without issue and had our usual mall meal. The grocery wasn't too crazy either. Tobie had already bought the vegetables we needed at the Kadiwa market, so it was more about stocking non-perishables and other general supplies for the Sietch.

The other hiccup for today is that the weather has been rather horrendous. It seems we have a storm system moving through the country, so there's a lot of rain and some pretty fierce lightning displays in the sky for some reason. I hope this weather doesn't lead to anything too dangerous for people.
