03008: Getting Back on Track

Monday - Zombie Princess Deluxe Metal Coins

My first day back at work after Singapore felt a little weird at first, but all the things that needed doing helped me shake that off. I had a number of interviews and things to catch up on, so it was a productive day.

I still didn't christen my new yoga mat, but at least I did some stretches to start my day and hopefully keep my shoulders loose. I got to talk to a physiologist about my frozen shoulder while in Singapore, and I'm hoping to get back into more regular fitness efforts, including more strict adherence to eating low carb and reintroducing daily physical activity into my routine. I'm barely keeping up with my 10k steps per day, and that's about it. I intend to keep up with stretching and some of the exercises for my frozen shoulder, and hopefully start working my way up the yoga ladder again. I am terribly out of shape and probably not as flexible as I used to be, so I know this is going to be a bit of a journey.

This is yet another accountability post.

Otherwise, I still have O Bar videos to catch up on since I didn't completely clear my queue while in Singapore, so that'll keep me busy this week. The weather is all over the place, and I have a lot of laundry that I need to try to clear so that I feel less stressed about it. Little Sietch priorities for the week before things feel more fully "normal", if you get my meaning.
