We had another shakeup at the Senate after the majority had continued to boycott the Senate after one of their members was arrested (pretty legally). One "crossed the aisle" (borrowing the US term) just for the Senate to reach the minimum for a quorum (assuming we get to ignore Senators with pending legal cases) and got to declare all leadership positions vacant. They just don't have enough to vote for a new Senate president so...it's weird. There's a lot of back and forth in the media and the usual argument that the ousted Senate President is still the Senate President...it would really help if he showed up for work to properly prove that.
On the local front (while in Singapore), we had a lot of stuff to settle today between family and work, and I think we mostly cleared what needed to be done today. And we got home in time to hang out with the boys, despite their many squabbles as sublings. WALL-E is the movie of the month, it seems, and I got away with reading only 3 books before their bedtime.
I'm pretty beat since the boys woke me up pretty early. But I still want to squeeze in some O Bar video processing time before bed, so we'll see how the rest of the night will go.
