Work yesterday ended on a rather stressful note, but things got resolved in the end. That end meant closer to 09:00pm, but I count myself fortunate that it didn't drag on even further (and it could have! In contrast, today was just busy, but at least not as stressful. It made for a decent end to the week for sure.
We got to eat at Tang again. The restaurant closed shortly after we moved to BGC, as it was originally situated in the now-demolished Fort Strip. It reopened the other month, but we had yet to find the time to go. And we managed to make a bit of an event of it by bringing Tobie's mom there in order to get her to experience their delicious take on Korean cuisine. We were joined by a few gaming friends who have been regular guests at the new Sietch and thus familiar with her as well. It certainly made for a delightful evening. And yes, the food at Tang remains as good as ever. We were happy that the staff still remembered us, and we definitely overate, but in a somewhat good way.
We have a bit of time to learn a few of the games that we intend to play during our game night tomorrow. I don't foresee us staying up too late as we're both feeling rather tired, but gaming is gaming. And we had nominated several brand new games as part of tomorrow's roster, and we need to be ready to teach the games to others.
