We took it easy last night after watching Bongga Ka Day. We had a late dinner (thank you, Wendy's delivery!) and finished the Wonder Man series. I still had a Geeky Guide feature on games to play after Cascadia to work on, as is my Friday night habit.
The big event today is our monthly board game meetup with our main gaming group. It means hauling games north beyond the toll gates, but it's always worth it. Part of the session was celebrating the birthday of one of the group members, and we went for a classic Pinoy children's party as a concept, complete with a classic Goldilocks dedication birthday cake.
We brought an interesting selection of games that haven't been moving as much, including some games that we'll be playing for the very first time. It should make for an interesting evening, to say the least.
Gaming today. Another play tomorrow.
