02FE1: Slower Reading

Thursday - Tahanan Lunch

I'm quite behind in terms of my reading pace, and I've been struggling to get back on track. I've tried switching to trashy queer romances to speed things along, but that has made only a modest dent in things. Normally, I supplement with reading graphic novels, but I'm still working through some 400+ page Batman omnibuses, which feel like a LOT of reading work just to log one more title as "Read" in Goodreads. We're not quite at the halfway point for the year, so there's theoretically a lot of time for me to catch up. But the thought of being like 15 books behind pace stresses me out at times.

I'm still juggling a lot of stuff. My queue of O Bar videos to process never really ends, but at least I no longer feel painfully behind. I'm going to try to rush through this blog post in order to clear some more videos tonight. My progress with the Geeky Guide has slowed as I tend to work on it once a week these days. I've been struggling to figure out what to write my weekly long-form article, but I'm doing my best to persevere. And I've dealt with most of the little LEGO sets I ordered recently, but I still need to get around to clearing my LEGO Dimensions queue in order to free up a bit more space at the Sietch.

We should have some wiggle room with this weekend's schedule, so let's see what else I can manage within the limited time.
