I still had work today, but thankfully it wasn't too heavy. It was more of the monthly grind, as I still had more reports to get through. I'm mostly done with the bulk of my number crunching. I just have a few more analyses and recommendations to craft to wrap things up for this reporting cycle.
The coming weekend should be interesting enough even without our usual activities. As a change of pace, Tobie is running a one-shot RPG session at another Hobby Kaikan event on Saturday, so we'll avoid staying up too late tomorrow. That event sort of defines the weekend, and I've left Sunday open for now. This is not for a lack of trying - it hasn't been easy keeping all of our RPG campaigns active, and we're down to one steady one as of late.
Geek struggles.
We obviously have a lot of board games to try out, so that's always an option for filling in the gaps. I haven't had time to really work on the Geeky Guide this week, so that's probably going to take up the bulk of my Friday night.
We really need geek friends who live closer to the Sietch for weekends like this. LOL
