I'm right in the thick of this month's reporting cycle at work, and it's a LOT. I really need to find ways to make my monthly reports work easier somehow, but there's still a lot of juggling different ad platforms to pull a report together. I'm going to be like this well into next week, but I have some more immediate report deadlines tomorrow and Friday. Such fun.
I haven't had time to work on the Geeky Guide today, but there's still some time before I need to head to bed. I've identified a new module of sorts that I need to map out - this being a way to handle mini-expansions and smaller promo content, as it doesn't make any sense to subject a single card to the full board game review methodology. I'll have to sift through my board game data to isolate the promos and create a separate CMS collection for it in Webflow, then I'll be able to design how it'll appear on the game review page. I've already mapped out what work needs to be done - I just need to find the time to actually implement things.
I don't think I'll have any free time to work on my next longer blog post until the weekend, but we'll see how things play out over the next two days. At the very least, I have it outlined already, so that's half the work. That just leaves the actual writing.
Random update: I gave in and ordered the Project Hail Mary Lego set during Lazada 3.3 because vouchers and store promos resulted in me saving nearly 3k off the retail price. It wasn't the most prudent purchase, but the perceived value of savings help me rationalize jumping on it in my mind. I haven't even figured out where to put the Lego Enterprise-D, and now I've added another set to our storage considerations at the Sietch.
Ah well, back to my other "work" in the form of O Bar videos and continuing to craft more content for the Geeky Guide.
