A lot of work today felt like a series of algebra problems. I suppose this is inevitable when you work with digital advertising budgets and such. I had a number of requests to move this or that, and then see how that would affect the rest of the budget, and it made for a day filled with numbers.
Outside of work considerations, at least I had a good laundry day. The forecast was good, but I was getting mixed signals whenever I looked out the window. Thankfully, the sun came out strong once I had everything hung to dry. No rushing clothes indoors because of a sudden afternoon shower, at least. Let's hope for similar good weather tomorrow.
Last bit, we finally tried out Infinity Spa for the heck of it. As much as Massage Lux maintains a consistent level of service quality, their lack of sauna facilities has been nagging at us for some time. Thus, the Infinity adventure in search of at least a decent steam room - and this was considering its notoriety as one of those places. The massage was just okay, but at least we got to really sweat it out in the steam room before and after the massage. Tobie and I kept to ourselves in all the common areas despite the obvious shenanigans going on. The "community" has come a very long way, I suppose.
We may go again or try the other branches, but I don't foresee this becoming our regular massage place. Lux still has the advantage of being a lot closer and just more decent overall.
I hope the rest of the week is more fulfilling somehow.
