The weather remains quite miserable with sporadic rains throughout the day, particularly at night. As if on cue, it rained even harder while we were on our way to SM for our weekly grocery run. Things generally settled down by the time we sat down for dinner, but it's definitely a chillier night. Pros and cons there.
Work was...busy. Not a bad busy, but busy nonetheless. The main highlight of my day was a 90-minute tools training session for new members of the team. It's a lot of work, but I honestly enjoy this sort of stuff. It wasn't my most structured training session, but I'd like to think I was quite thorough - perhaps painfully so.
So now we're de-stressing with friends on Board Game Arena. The initial agenda was strictly simple push-your-luck games like Incan Gold and Flip 7, but it looks like we're going to end the night with Forest Shuffle. Once again, thank you for helping board games bridge the digital gap, BGA. You're providing an essential service.
Not much of a mid-week update, but that's what I have for today.
