Looking back at this workweek, it's kinda crazy how many submissions we've been working on. While they do take varying amounts of effort, this is still work that's on top of everyone's regular duties and tends to exercise different parts of everyone's brains. In some ways, it's rather fulfilling work. But still, it's a lot of work that needs one's consideration. I'm just glad we got through most of it. As always, there are still a few things that will have to wait until next week, but it was a productive time overall.
We have no plans for tonight and have instead opted to play board games online with a friend via Board Game Arena. It's the easiest way to game without requiring people to travel. And given the nightly rains, it's really not a good idea to be moving around Metro Manila with rain-amplified traffic.
I just hope the weather won't be so rainy tomorrow, given the Pride March in QC and other Pride-related activities. Rain is a near inevitability for any Pride events in June, with it being the rainy season, but it never hurts to hope for the best.
