The first workday after a long weekend is never a "fun" day, but nothing untoward happened, so I can't really complain. I feel like my day ended on a decently productive note despite some complications here and there. Plus, I didn't have too many client distractions, as I suppose most were still in the post-holiday mode.
Trying to get back on track in terms of diet this week. Lunch was safe, especially since we still had lettuce for a salad. Dinner was also safe since I cooked something appropriate. I doubt I can be 100% keto this week as it's Tobie's birthday week, so we're bound to have some non-compliant meals (like the dinner planned for tomorrow), but that's fine.
I'm trying to get back to practicing yoga at least thrice a week, but it has bene a struggle to get back on this particular horse. I've been limiting myself to shorter and milder flows since I can feel how terribly out of shape I am. Even the more basic flows are taking a lot out of me, so I know I need to work my way back up. I should probably consider jogging around the village as well, instead of just pacing after work to achieve my step goal per day. I still worry about injuring myself with either physical activity, but I need to do something.
