Dinner was another dressed-up O Bar food item. I started with some chicken poppers that we had taken home from the bar and mainly added in a head of cabbage for roughage and as a rice substitute. I added some butter and coconut aminos to round out the flavor. Again, it's not my best dish, but it was a quick meal that helped us move things in the fridge, so that's a good thing.
Our reports week continues, and I have various things to clear out for different clients. But I should get everything resolved by the end of the week. We still have work tomorrow as we follow Singapore holidays, so at least I won't "lose" any time to get all my reports done. Weird things to be happy about.
Odd item for consideration: whether or not we're going to get tickets for the touring production of Dear Evan Hansen. The musical has some great songs. But the story itself always makes me feel rather uncomfortable. There are more than enough problematic musicals out there, but this being a relatively more recent one that still embraced a very odd story always weirds me out. And since it's a touring production, the tickets are quite pricey, so committing to watching it will be a rather significant investment for a story that makes us uncomfortable. What a non-problem!
Not much else for today. Tobie was wondering if we should have tried to arrange a game with friends tonight since he doesn't have work tomorrow, but we still haven't established a circle of potential players who live nearby to do so. Online options remain, of course, but that's never quite the same. I can't stay up too late, so we'll see what we actually end up doing.
