Between my flight on Monday and a rather busy weekend ahead, I've been trying to be smart about our TV show choices. We can't avoid complications with the shows that are still in progress and following a weekly release schedule (like Only Murders in the Building), so that's an acceptable constraint. But for our streaming stuff, I've been laser-focused on finishing existing shows and not starting new ones that we can't finish in time. Thus we were able to blitz through the latest seasons of Heartstopper and the lackluster Unsolved Mysteries along with wrapping up the third season of Barbecue Showdown. Things aligned just right so we got to finish this season of Drag Race Philippines and got to see Maxie being crowned. The only show left is another three episodes of Culinary Class Wars. I'm pretty sure we can squeeze in those last episodes in the time we have remaining but it's going to be tonight.
We're going to start getting ready to head out to O Bar in a bit, so that's going to take the rest of the night. We'll get up by noon tomorrow then have time for brunch and one episode before it's time to go to our big monthly FGTC game night, which again will take the whole night.
On Sunday, I don't think we're going to have time for brunch since we'll need to get over to Solaire for the matinee staging of Six, which we're super looking forward to. That's going to take the whole afternoon including the time we need to get back to the Sietch. That just leaves dinner time for those last two episodes and then I have to finalize what I'm going to bring on the trip.
Like I said, it's a tight schedule for the weekend. Exciting stuff.
