Today was a pretty Monday, but that's generally to be expected after any sort of long weekend. I don't regret taking Friday off, but it still means there was a lot more to do today. I cleared a good number of items and I have other things that I need to clear with our clients. But on the whole, it should be pretty good and tomorrow will be better.
In other developments, I've finally set up appointment slots for consultation time, so members of the team can easily book time to talk about whatever questions they may have. This will be useful when it comes to everyone's media questions as I tend to run most of the ads or at least work on the media plans. And then there's all the HR and operations stuff that I also tend to drive, which is also important. Someone immediately reserved a slot after I sent them out, so I hope this helps everyone in the long term.
Things are calmer outside after almost nonstop winds and rain. Typhoon Enteng (Yagi) is still moving through the northern part of the country and will probably drag more rain with it, so we're not entirely out of the woods yet. I'm just glad that we didn't lose power or anything like that - something that has been happening a bit more frequently in recent years. There were still significant flooding incidents around Metro Manila though as our infrastructure remains crap.
Let's hope the rest of the week goes better.
