Metro Manila Community Quarantine - Day 1108
As productive as I can be at home, it's a world of difference when you're at an actual office. And thus my days in Singapore are always quite busy. It's a good busy, but still busy nonetheless. The main point of this particular trip is really going to take up a lot of my time. I haven't even considered the possibility of meeting up with friends in the area -they'll all have to wait for April during the second half of this trip...maybe.
But I've also had two pretty good meals while getting on keto after travel day indulgences. I had eaten the in-flight meal including the rice and I had a double quarter pounder upon landing, so yesterday really was a cheat day. Now I have to crawl back into ketosis over the next 10+ days...provided I don't end up overly indulging with the team while I'm here.
To balance everything, I've already had some unique experiences with my nephews. Sharing a room with the older one means I get an early wake-up call from someone who remembers who Uncle is. And the younger one took a bit of time to warm up to me again, but eventually, he got with the program and took a selfie with me. And I rather live for these moments. The boys are precious when things are going well.
It's going to be an interesting few weeks here.
Enjoy every single hour, love! Soon they're gonna so older and you'll be surprised how quick that can be. I'm still trying to wrap my head around the fact Sophie and Jam are already old enough to start moving out!
