Metro Manila Community Quarantine - Day 807
I survived the annoyance of needing to get some work addressed over the weekend - and I still wasn't quite done with that particular request even today. And that was just something on the side given I still had my regular responsibilities and new things that required attention. But we go on and deal with these things one at a time as best we can.
I don't want to spend too much time composing this blog post (although it has already been longer than I would have liked to just get things started). But more time would mean writing that Baduy Pride blog post I've been toying with in my head. And cutting our hair. And playing some Star Trek Online. And processing the videos from O Bar last weekend.
There's only so much time in the day and time has a nasty habit of slipping away faster than anyone would like. And our brains don't always cooperate in this department either. Just when work is done and we're all excited to get done with this or that thing, then you feel yourself just slow down and maybe get lost watching a TV show or just being unable to focus on the other things you want to do.
I've written about this before and maybe I'll dig up the link to the relevant blog post eventually. But for now, I'll wrap things up here and figure out what I want to do next with the limited time we have left before bed.
Last notes:
- We watched all available episodes of the latest season of Stranger Things - nothing amazing but still amusing how they're trying to wrap up everything.
- We started Business Proposal today - I can see how this show became so popular. I think we're going to enjoy it, too.
- Also, finally checking out the new Obi-Wan series. Jury's still out. But it's already looking to be an interesting lorefest of a series.
