So we didnt do anything particularly special last night. There had been some temptation to try to go out after Tobie's RPG session, but the game ran a little longer than expected so that didn't happen. There's no getting around how our part of Paranaque is pretty dead after a certain point, even on a Friday night.
So we left Taskmaster running on the TV and I opted to explore Magic: the Gathering Arena that I had managed to explore by falsely declaring that I'm in Hong Kong. I eventually got Tobie to try it out too, as my main goal was for us to have the option to play together. It's an interesting way of getting access to some of the newer cards like the Final Fantasy and Avatar sets, even one is limited to the randomness of virtual booster packs.
We have our big game night today, and we've already gotten Tacta to the table as our opening game, so I've already achieved one of my goals. The other is try some of the SETI: Space Agencies content, but that really depends on how many first-time players I end up with. In any case, it's great to get new games to the table so soon.
