We're on our way to O Bar as I'm hurriedly drafting this blog update because today has been just as busy as projected. But we really can't complain - it has been a great 24 hours so far.
After yesterday's MTG Commander game, we managed to play Lords of Waterdeep (with expansions) and Santorini. The last game as meant to be quick last game before our guests had to leave, but the 4-player team mode for Santorini proved to be more challenging than expected.
Today we did our best to get to our game session earlier, but had a bit of an altercation on our way there. While waiting in traffic in Rockwell, we got gently rear ended by a sleepy Grab driver. Thankfully the damage to the car was limited to some scratches, but we'll still need to get the car checked to be sure.
We still got to play a fair number of games today before heading off to O Bar. Our game log includes Villagers, Splendor: Pokémon, Flip 7, Incan Gold, Cartographers, Rebirth and Catch Sketch. Not a bad game count at all despite us needing to leave earlier. It helped that we brought games that are relatively shorter to play - we'll save the bigger games for another session.
