After reading some of my blog posts, a friend mentioned that I write like an Atenean, which is probably something I won't be able to shake off. It's not necessarily a bad thing - it's just a true thing. But what do you people think? Do my posts, even the quickie updates, sound rather "Loyola Heights" in tone? 😅
My Monday work shift wasn't necessarily eventful and only had a few meetings. But what it did have was a lot of work that needed to get done, so it was more of a silent trudge as I whittled away at reports, ad campaigns, and other paperwork. Not the most interesting shift, but a necessary one nonetheless.
Outside of that, we have a Pendragon RPG session tonight - but this is different from our Sunday Pendragon games. Same great campaign, but with a different set of characters and players. And then we also finally gave Dan Da Dan a try earlier and the show is kinda bonkers - but in a good way. I'm beginning to see the appeal of this crazy anime.
And finally, the show of the moment is still Interior: Chinatown, which is a series based on one of our family book club books. We've been enjoying the show thus far as they've been pretty creative in how they're translating the rather meta nature of the text into an even more meta tone for the show. I hope it gets more support - I feel like it's not getting mentioned enough.
But enough of that - I have so much O Bar media to process and the anniversary month is just around the corner.
