My Friday workday was pretty good even with an important monthly meeting and a lengthy interview as well. Thus the week has ended at a nice place before we dive into the weekend.
And it's not just any weekend - it's our 15th anniversary weekend!
Tonight, we're finally convening our usual board game group after quite a while. We've been taking turns being out of town as of late and haven't had a chance to game until now.
But we can't stay up too long as we have a special lunch planned tomorrow. We have other plans on the anniversary on Sunday itself, so we opted to move things up. We'll be enjoying the omakase at Kazunori - something we last did for my birthday last year.
Tomorrow night is O Bar's musical night, which is one of our favorite event nights. I know it's going to be a great show and it's probably one of the best places to include our anniversary celebrations as we cross midnight into the actual day.
Sunday is an online RPG, which is just as well as we'll need an activity at home to balance things out. This week's game is Pendragon, which is also our longest-running campaign at present. We'll see if we can squeeze anything else into the day to make it a bit more special, but that sounds like a pretty fulfilling weekend already.
