Today was pretty busy, as is the way of things when I'm here. It doesn't help that the sun sets later and so you end up working longer even when you're in an interior office without a constant view of the sun. It's funny how that works, but it does because our bodies are mysterious machines in their own right.
I haven't been perfectly keto since my flight over. I keep indulging here and there because snacking makes it "easier" to work plus there are always new things to try. I also don't want to make it difficult to eat with other people when I'm here strict keto options aren't always readily available, especially when we're out and about. One thing at a time.
I don't have anything touristy to share with you all. My routines are really just work and then home. This is not a complaint - spending time with the nephews is always a good thing. I don't necessarily have the words to perfectly explain how much I enjoy this, even if it means taking "orders" from toddlers. It means waking up earlier than I'd like and a million other things, but that's totally cool. It's a big part of why I'm here in Singapore in the first place.
More leisurely pursuits will just have to wait for the weekend.
