02C9F: The Numbers...The Numbers!

Thursday - Sushi

We had a pretty productive workshop day despite a few delays here and there because of ongoing work. We all had other things to juggle while trying to focus on the subject matter but I think we still made the most of things. As always, we've learned a lot as a group and now have a lot to think about and even more things that need to get done. The work never ends. But we sound way different now versus when we started on this particular business coaching. And the differences are pretty interesting indeed.

This was also an initial test of some of the things I've been working on and...the results weren't very impressive. I still have more tinkering to do and until I get more of the system in line with what I need it to be, it'll be a while before when all this will have more impact on things. For now, it just looked rather inaccurate and thus not all that useful yet as people expect results that can be translated into relevant action plans and whatnot. I'd like to think things will get better...but it takes a bit of time and a lot more elbow grease.

I didn't walk around the area tonight as I was already pretty tired from the day's activities. But I still clocked over 13,000 steps with the last 5,000 just indoors. That's more normal back at home, so I was pretty sure I could hit it. But I should definitely make more time to walk or jog outdoors before I go home.

That's all for now. I have some more reading to do as there's a business book my sister borrowed from the library that I need to finish before I head home on Monday.
