Metro Manila Community Quarantine - Day 1146
4 May is Star Wars Day because of a pun, and that's just fine. Without fully intending to, our media consumption for today included me reading the Star Wars: War of the Bounty Hunters comic and watching the first few episodes of Star Wars Visions: Volume 2 with Tobie. I suppose that's fitting enough for mid-week geekery.
This first week of the month has been quite busy and I'm not sure when Tobie and I might find time to squeeze in a viewing of the new Guardians of the Galaxy movie or even the probably-on-its-way-out Super Mario movie. We had skipped Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania inadvertently and I think we'll just wait for it to hit Disney+.
But there's still one more work day to get through before we can properly think about the weekend. And next week it'll be Tobie's turn to have a work trip that will eat into one of our May weekends. That's also Mother's Day weekend, so I'm sure I'll keep busy. But it's still a little weird to be apart - especially another work trip of my own at the end of the month.
Perhaps we will actually need the Force to get through this month.
