Metro Manila Community Quarantine - Day 1,000

It's hard to keep tabs on my quarantine count since the government has been rather remiss in terms of making proper declarations. A quick search has confirmed that Metro Manila is still at Alert Level 2 until 15 December. So yeah...welcome to our 1,000th day in community quarantine since the very first declaration. Good grief.
My book count has moved, but not by much. For a moment I thought I had discovered a bug in Goodreads that might have skipped counting books that I had finished on the 1st of any month but before it was the 1st in the US (since Goodreads doesn't seem to follow a user's local time). But no, that is not the case. So I still have a LOT of reading to catch up on whenever I can.
I'm really looking forward to tomorrow since I'll be part of a panel hearing the final presentations of students of a friend's digital marketing class. I've kinda been wanting to do something like this for some time - blame the trainer in me, I guess. But I'm also worried that my comments may be very left-field since my perspective is based on a completely different market (Singapore) and the local landscape may be very different.
So I'm going to be as prudent as possible in hearing what they have to say. There are some fundamentals when it comes to how a digital marketing campaign can go that should make sense regardless of market, so we'll see how that goes. I want to be fair, but also practical and realistic. I just hope that doesn't come across as overly harsh but instead feels constructive at the very least.
We have a Pendragon one-shot RPG tonight. Then we'll play board games tomorrow. And finally, we'll have our campaign Pendragon RPG session on Sunday. Should be a good weekend!
