Metro Manila Community Quarantine - Day 706
It's Friday! Celebrate accordingly.
This workweek has felt especially long - and not because it felt like it was moving slow. If anything, the week felt very, VERY eventful for me in terms of work stuff and there was just so much to do. But my To-Do list looked pretty clean by the end of the week, so I guess I something right in terms of my overall workflow. The only sad bit was that I ended up canceling this month's company online game night since only one other person had shown up and he had to leave early. I guess that just shows how busy things were.
For now, it's time to celebrate.
We're actually taking a break from O Bar this weekend because we're just not as young as we used to be. Plus I'm still processing my photos and videos from the birthday shows last week, so my editing queue is kinda bonkers. Instead, tonight is a scheduled online board game night with good friends, although I really wish we were gaming in person already.
We'll get there.
We have a full RPG gaming plate for the weekend, so that's good. That means Night's Black Agents on Saturday and Pendragon on Sunday. Tobie didn't schedule a one-shot session for Saturday morning, which is just as well since he had to wake up very early today and we're going to sleep late again today because of our online board game session.
But that's what makes it a weekend, eh?
Now I just have to figure out where to squeeze in more reading, my photo and video processing, and of course more quality time with Tobie that doesn't involve playing games via video conferencing.
