Metro Manila Community Quarantine - Day 682
We recently finished the latest season of Doom Patrol along with a few other shows and movies and so this week has been about slotting in new entertainment in our schedule.
After our Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha adventure, we've now embarked on an effort to watch Crash Landing On You as our new K-drama. We have the constitution to watch one subtitled program over dinner, and this strange show is the current focus.
And in rather extreme contrast to our sitcom efforts with Fresh Off the Boat and Schitt's Creek, I've also gotten started on Mike Flanagan's The Haunting of Bly Manor. As much as I'm not into horror, this particular line of Netflix shows is very well-done and thankfully does not involve a lot of jump-scares. I had already gotten through The Haunting of Hill House, so I guess I can make it through this one. And I haven't hurt Tobie even once despite us already being more than halfway through the show.
So brave.
Time really got away from me today. This was one heck of a Tuesday, I guess.
