Metro Manila Community Quarantine - Day 433
This has been quite the workweek. Tobie and I have been had to juggle dueling conference calls almost daily and our eating habits have been less than ideal. The busy schedules have resulted in inadvertently longer fasting windows for us, but it is what it is. At least the week is finally over and we can enjoy some leisure time, even if just for a little while.
Still rather anxious about tomorrow's vaccination appointment. Part of me is worried about the potential side effects and how that'll impact things over the next few days. Other parts of me are worried about sillier things like if my company ID and my shoddy TIN ID will be enough to get me in or will that become some sort of a complication in the process tomorrow. We can be a very literal and excessively bureaucratic country at times and that tends to manifest at the worst times.
We actually have two different RPG sessions scheduled for the weekend and I'm also worried if I'll be feeling well enough to participate in both games. But I can be quite the stubborn geek, so I'm sure we'll figure something out.
New Transformers came in today and we're definitely feeling the pains of insufficient storage. Tobie had some ideas about how to rearrange the shelves and set up the new one, and we may need to move up the timetable for getting that done in order to adjust to my new friends. Then again, they take up way more space while in boxes and I'll save us some strife by taking some time to unbox them. I'll still need longer-term storage space for them one way or another, but it creates options.
