Metro Manila Community Quarantine - Day 429
Today started better than yesterday, which is a good thing for a Monday. My workout was challenging but I still go through it - this being a mix of a core workout and a yoga flow. I wasn't late for any meetings. I got a fair amount of things done. And a meeting got postponed to next week. So yeah, a pretty good Monday, all things considering.
The weather is pretty horrible, though. There's no denying that. Summer is always bad, but the heat index has been reported to be particularly high recently. We've been indulging by keeping the air conditioning on during the day, but even with that support it never gets really cold - at best it gets comfortable. But given the alternative, comfortable is just fine for now.
And we wrapped up the day with a fun Baduy Pride episode about Tang Garden, which is a really good game. And immediately after the episode we cut our hair, because this has been rather overdue, and delaying it another day would mean not getting around to it sooner. No time like the present and all that fun stuff.
And just like that, we're wrapping up the month of May.
