Metro Manila Community Quarantine - Day 383
I still had work today and we had a fair number of things to juggle, but we got things done in the end. Tobie didn't have work and he sort of got to sleep in, but not for too long.
I thought I'd miss out on my bi-weekly Keto Filipino order this week because of the Holy Week holidays, but thankfully they still had operations today and I was able to resupply on snacks before lunch. I really should find the time to figure out how to bake my own keto-friendly pastries sometime in order to save more, but it's not bad to support local businesses, for now, right?
This is one of my rare long weekends for the year and it's kind of overwhelming to think about all the different things I want to do other than sleep. Naturally, I want to make the most of the free time and that should mean more gaming with Tobie or with friends (albeit online) and other fun things, but we'll see how things go. The body needs what it needs and all that fun stuff. Plus this extended quarantine has the nasty habit of sucking the life out of me and leaving me doing a whole lot of nothing when I want to be productive even when it comes to recreational activities.
Damn this pandemic. Damn it all to heck.
Let's not drag this blog post out. I need to bring the attention back to Tobie so we can more fun things tonight.
