February is shaping up to be a pretty busy month at work. It's a small blessing that this week is a shorter one because of the Chinese New Year holiday but that also means more work crammed into fewer workdays. So yeah, it's a mix of the good and the bad, but we'll make the most of things one way or another.

It makes for an interesting challenge to keep up with chores despite our busy work from home schedules. On the really busy days, we end up ordering out for meals instead of cooking because we just don't have the time to prepare stuff. I manage to load batches of laundry in the middle of the day and end up finally bringing them out of the machine well after work hours and possibly folding them the next day. 

It's good that I still manage to keep up with my workouts every morning. A lot of days I don't feel quite up to it, but I keep pushing. Ultimately, I recognize that I do feel better after a workout and it helps to put me in a better mindset at the start of my day. Any grogginess or sleepiness quickly fades and is washed away by the adrenaline or what have you. 

Just have to keep moving forward. We remain productive now so we can enjoy our free time later on. And still having things to keep us busy during this pandemic is an odd blessing in itself.
