While kimchi soup is a common part of our meals at the Sietch, today Tobie was the one to cook it! Normally he focuses on roasting chicken and pork chops while I'm more likely to prepare soups and stir-frys. In order to maximize time I ended up relaying my rough recipe to him so he could handle preparation so dinner wouldn't be overly delayed.
It turned out pretty well and made for a fun little moment in our shared life at the Sietch. It may not seem like much since it's really one of those throw-everything-into-the-pot sort of soups but I really appreciated the effort and I'd like to think this make help Tobie try new dishes or at least give him one other item for his meal preparation options. Every bit counts.
