Mason's officially one year old today!
Despite how busy a workday it was, we still managed to find ways to celebrate his special day with him. Whether he'll remember any of this is anyone's guess, but that's not the point. Mason has been such a delight and he's changed a lot of our lives for the better. And it feels like with each passing day he's growing up so quickly not just in terms of size but also as his motor skills develop and he learns to communicate better. And I'm just glad that I got to be in town for his birthday, whether or not he remembers that I was.
One year can go by so quickly.
