This weekend turned out to be a more condensed gaming weekend since Tobie had work last Saturday. We still got some good games in but it still meant fewer games with friends since work killed gaming options on Friday night and Saturday afternoon.
We should have had a shorter RPG night for Saturday but other obligations for the players resulted in the game schedule falling apart. So Tobie and I made the most of things with a Through the Ages game between the two of us and that game always takes several hours.
Today we had an advanced birthday board game session for a friend complete with cake and everything. Sunday game nights are always short given work the next day but at least we still got to enjoy Concordia and Alien Artifacts.
But the work week looks ahead. Such is life.
