I'm used to my work trips to Singapore as they tend to have a steady rhythm of meetings, good food, time with my sister's pets and maybe the occasional day out. This trip is different as the rest of the family is here too and so we now have obligatory baby time as we all hover around my new nephew around dinnertime.
It's really a thing. And quite frankly, it's magical.
So yeah my days are still filled with work stuff. And that feels pretty normal. And then we congregate around the baby and just watch the precocious little guy try to interact with us when he's not demanding to be fed. He's amazing. I know I just sound like a doting uncle, but really. He's super awesome, his eyes have been open for days and he just keeps eating and growing and all that good stuff.
He's going to go far.
