I worked from home today since Tobie was still running a fever and I wanted to be there to nurse him back to health. Of course given my family history and our unique past with running a drug store, I'm a bit of a taskmaster when it comes to the nursing routine. This means doing my best to help him adhere to recommended medicine dosage schedules to the point of waking Tobie up for the next tablet. It also means regularly sticking a thermometer in his mouth since I've been a little fussy in terms of monitoring his temperature.
I just hope he's well enough to go to his company outing this week. That's been our goal for today. I'd love for him to stay in town but we all have these obligations. I'll deal with the lonely Sietch well enough.
