Today I got to visit the new Facebook Singapore offices and it was certainly an interesting experience. As creative as our own offices can be it's always fun to see what the big tech companies do to try and set themselves apart. It had a similar somewhat hipster open plan feel as their other Singapore location but also felt somewhat cleaner. Or is somewhat more corporate what was driving the "cleaner" vibe?
Cue the free Facebook tote, notebook and pen.
I've also seen the Google Singapore offices during prior trips but I have to admit Facebook puts on a better "show" when you get there. It has a bit more of an initial wow factor until you see their main working area. Then things get super industrial really quickly.
Tomorrow's my last day here and we have a few more meetings lined up. Then I have a lot of time to pack before my 6am flight home.
