0265B: Soup Therapy

So I'm not feeling 100% right now but the world goes on and work still needs to get done. So I don't think I'm sick enough to need time off just yet and I'm going to do my best to continue to get myself to work in order to get things done.

Of course when one isn't feeling well we all gravitate to certain comfort foods. In my case it's definitely any sort of soup and after a quick Bioflu-powered nap after work I have a pot of soup boiling although I'm not sure how it's going to turn out. It's an odd experiment with 3 different kinds of mushrooms and a lot of ginger for that sort of healing mouth feel, if you get my drift?

Initially I thought it would be nice to have noodles in it like a ramen but the enoki mushrooms are going to play that role now. I still have some tofu on the side that I want to throw in plus I'll most likely go with some dory for a different texture and to make all this yummier. I just wish I had thought to get some greens for the soup but walking all the way home was already a bit of an achievement so I'll just have to work with what I have on hand.

It's nothing too fancy but I think it'll be just enough to help me feel a little better. It's all in your head after all, right?
