0239A: Data-Driven Decision-Making

Maundy Thursday isn't a holiday in Singapore so today was a regular working day for us. It was a little hard to get back into the swing of things after yesterday's big event, but work is work. But tomorrow is also a holiday in Singapore so we really had to wrap up things today.

Setting up a new AdWords campaign for a client had me looking back at historical data in Google Analytics to figure out my baselines. But had me curious about possible patterns in user performance and so I dissected over the first quarter data and noticed something of interest.

And so beyond setting up the new campaign, I ended up adding some possible bid adjustments to see if I can drive better results. It may or may not work but testing is what it's all about and it's not like I don't have a basis for things. And this whole process just gets me going.

I loaded the last ad variants tonight so the new campaign should be running smoothly tomorrow. Good times.
