Today's another game day and we've gathered at at a friend's place to play board games. It's the sort of group that involves people with their own game collections and so it's a fun chance to play news games or introduce games we love to others. We've been meeting regularly with them for most of the year and they've become a happy part of our regular game calendar.
We also got to meet up with an old friend last night. Instead of going out to some bar or hitting a spa together, we ended up just drinking at home and playing games as well. It made for an interesting evening and I think we'll try to make such meet-ups more regular.
Gaming has really become one of our main ways or connecting with friends and that's definitely not a bad thing. Good times.
