Wow, it's already been a year since we officially began operations of Hashtag Interactive's Manila office, Hashtag Labs, and it has been quite the crazy ride. This was kind of the final go or no go moment for me in terms of having left the call center world for a completely new career. But definitely no regrets - Hashtag has certainly changed my life for the better.
What started as a rather team has now more than doubled and we're still trying to source good talent to add to the roster and cope with client demands, but we continue to be careful about who we add to the team in order to maintain the dynamic and often eccentric culture that has defined the work environment thus far,
Here's to bigger and better things in the year to come! I know the opportunities will keep coming along and the memories we create will forever be priceless.
