0213C: Work Thinking

Nobody wants to micro-manage and people rarely want to be micro-managed, but sometimes it's not too clear at the onset. People often want guidance, especially when they're younger, but then there's a fine line between guidance and asking to be micro-managed. You want to give people time to learn to be successful on their own, but you also need to coach them on what to do and what not to do and generally how to do things better.

Balancing all these factors can be quite tricky. At the end of the day it's never really easy. But that's the nature of working with other people and helping other people and just being decent human beings to one another. This all ties together into the human experience and how we as a species get to move forward and become more than what we are now.

We take things one step at a time and we hope that we're going in the right direction.
