This year's big Singapore trip is already set for the weekend and I've been really hoping to pad my blog post queue for the Geeky Guide before departure. And while we don't have too many touristy things planned for the trip, I also don't want to "waste" time there typing away at my computer.
But then this week isn't starting out too great on the writing front - I guess my brain just isn't in the right place or something. And I doubt my long bus rides home aren't doing much to help my spirits either. And it also probably doesn't help that I'm also juggling a lot of other pre-Singapore errands and tasks before we fly out on Thursday. They're not exactly "problems" in the truest sense of the word, but I'd really like to figure out a way to balance things so that we still make the most of the trip. I have a few ideas in mind, but actually putting them into practice will be tricky.
We will most definitely do our best to make an appearance at the Singapore Toy Game & Comic Convention during the weekend itself, although I don't necessarily see us going for both days unless something really, really cool strikes our fancy. There are places we want to eat at and shops that we want to see again. But for the most part I highly suspect that we'll be hanging out at lot with my sister's dogs.
Wish us luck! Either way, I know we're going to have a great time.
