Things are getting pretty crazy, as is typical of the holiday season. Adding in some rain into the mix isn't going to help the Metro Manila weekend traffic situation either. But hey, such are the joys of life in a tropical country.
I'm due to leave for Singapore on Monday and I just managed to get all Christmas shopping done. This year I had to map out gifts that were still thoughtful but could also fit in my luggage. But I'm pretty happy with my selections and things should be interesting come the holidays.
Tobie has his share of holiday obligations to address this weekend, so our time together is increasingly limited. I'm going to be away for a while and so we need to make the most of the time that we have left. At least we'll be able to celebrate New Year's Eve together.
And I still have work tonight, so I nee to make sure that I get everything settled at the office before I go on leave for the holidays. This is going to be a crazy shift.
