01650: All Tuckered Out

It's been a rather long day for me. My usual work day ran a bit longer than normal because of a client visit that had been scheduled for today. And then I still made my way over to Tobie's office after shift for our Friday lunch date habit. No regrets, but now I feel rather achey all over. Not fun.

But at least I'm on leave tonight - a sort of deferred birthday leave. I foresee making full use of this extra day to rest and relax together with Tobie. We're hoping to find time to visit a spa for a good massage session, but that assumes that we manage to drag ourselves out of the house to begin with.

It has been a pretty good birthday week regardless.
