| Transformers Support LGBT Pride |
This Saturday is the Metro Manila Pride March 2012 - the annual march in support of LGBT rights and the fight for true equality for all. And in line with that, I decided to devote today's Transformers photography time to see if I could get my Transformers to represent the LGBT Pride Flag Colors for a potential poster graphic. The end result is yes, I do in fact have more than enough Transformers to represent the 6 colors of the LGBT Pride Flag.
For the image above, I used Deluxe class figures from the Transformers Generations toyline, specifically Cybertronian Optimus Prime (RED), Wheelie (ORANGE), Cybertronian Bumblebee (YELLOW), Hound (GREEN), Cybertronian Soundwave (BLUE) and Shockwave (PURPLE). Admittedly I realized too late that I had reversed yellow and orange in the photo. Oh well, it's the thought that counts, right?
Unless my OCD-like nature kicks in and won't forgive me for making such a silly mistake. Hmm...
Work was still rather busy, but quite as crazy as it had been last week, which is a good thing indeed. I have a little breathing room to catch up on the lower priority tasks that I had deferred completing last week and of course the usual weekly stuff that I still need to account for like reports and other deliverables.
So now Tobie and I will have a quite late brunch then he's off to work while I head to bed. Or perhaps I'll take the time to play "a little" Transformers: Fall of Cybertron before bed or something. In theory.
